Spent an insane amount of money on a product that is now useless because the company has failed and the app is no longer available. Belt DOES NOT FUNCTION without the app. Waiting for the lawsuit so I can join.

Slender tone has gone into administration which is why people can’t get hold of them! I have a connect slendertone which I can’t use as there is no longer an app!!! They should be held accountable!!?

Well I've used this for 2 months now
Well I've used this for 2 months now, no results plus the shorts are definitely not a large size as stated, it's XS/S. I've emailed the customer service 3 times to get a larger size for the shorts, and for a new controller as this one was faulty. No response since the 16th of June! It's disgusting service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I’ve been waiting over a month for my order - which they have taken the money for! They never reply to emails - never answer the phone! I can’t believe they are getting away with this, doing it to so many people. They are thieves - no idea how I’m going to get my money back

I ordered from slendertone on the 27th…
I ordered from slendertone on the 27th May, it is now the 3rd July and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed numerous of times and get an automated email back saying I will hear back within 48hrs, yet no email.
The communication is shocking I don’t even know if I’m going to receive it at all.

This is as bad as it gets
Like the other customers below this has to be one of the most appalling customer services I have ever experienced. In fact I would go further and say this is essentially theft. Taking people's money, not sending the product and not replying to emails, chat or answering calls is totally unacceptable. I have raised this with Visa who will hopefully investigate and strike them off as approved vendors and refer them to the authorities.

I have been trying to contact slendertone by email and telephone for the past 3 weeks about a faulty device that is still under warranty. No one replies. I am extremely disappointed and unimpressed by their lack of customer service. What does one have to do to receive a reply or help?

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service, it's impossible to get to speak to anyone as the customer service number cuts you off, also the worst experience ever using the online chat to try and communicate with someone as you just get repeated automated robotic replies. I have also sent emails with no response to date! Actually they need to be reported...

So far so good
So far so good. I had to get in touch with customer service because my email address in order was wrong. They responded promptly and sorted out the issue. So far I am happy with the product but understand that people are annoyed with only receiving one controller with a bundle as I also thought I could use abs, bottoms and arms in parallel. I also find the bottoms a bit small (I am a size 10). I think it's a reasonable product for the price.

I have had the worst experience with Slendertone UK
I have had the worst experience with Slendertone considering being loyal customer over 50 years. The latest belt I purchased the "Evolve" is the worst b let ever. It has gone to pieces. Slendertone have ignored all my emails and don't care that it cost me £125 for nothing. I will have to take it to Court as I've sent photos. No response I'm very distressed. don't buy it!
They need to refund me immediately.Disgusted with them

Not worth buying
I bought the whole package to find that it only works one side at a time with the remote and they only give you one remote. The shorts are for a skinny person for the bottom workout. They didn’t fit at all. You cant work on all areas as there is only one remote. The customer services do not answer your emails or calls. Worse part is the remote makes a beeping sound. So you can secretly wear them at work while working. I wish I never bought these products.

SELLING PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE USED
Deceptive company. They continue to sell toning products that come without the controller when they know well and good that it is nigh on impossible to now purchase the controller separately. I bought the arm toning bands without the controller which was out of stock. I messaged this bunch of shysters to ask when stock may be available, only to be told there is 'a global shortage of electrical components' so they don't know when or if the controller will be available to buy. THEY SAY NOTHING ABOUT THIS ON THE WEBSITE, hence they are selling products they know cannot currently be powered. Absolute disgrace and pure greed.

I have had to return my product and…
I have had to return my product and contacted slendertone. They advised me how to return so I proceeded . It is now 6 weeks and no response or refund yet. I have contacted the company and they say they can’t refund until they are notified by warehouse. I have tracked the parcel which was sent by Royal Mail and it is at the destination. I agree with other reviews in regards to this company do not want to refund you and it is proving very difficult to get any information from them. Stay clear.
